Event promotion
Promotion that gets the right people to your event.
Even a well-produced event needs an audience. Promotion works best when it starts early, uses the platforms your audience actually uses, and keeps going until the day.
We plan the promotion alongside the event so the message, the timing and the budget fit together.
How it works
- Set the announcement date and the sales or registration target
- Plan online and on-ground promotion with a budget
- Run creatives, ads and local activity until the day
- Share a short summary of what worked
A great event with no audience is a failure
Many organisers spend most of their budget on stage and sound and leave promotion for the last two weeks. By then the people they most want to reach have already made plans. Promotion needs its own plan, its own budget and its own start date, usually weeks before the event and earlier for big shows.
We work backwards from the date and the target: tickets sold, registrations taken or footfall. Everything is built to hit that number.
Online promotion
We run announcement posts and reels, artist and sponsor content, countdown stories and paid promotion aimed at the area and age group you want. Ads send people to one clear action: book a ticket, register or message on WhatsApp. We watch results daily in the final weeks and move money to what is working.
Creator and influencer partners add reach, especially local Telugu and Hindi creators with audiences in the city.
On-ground promotion
In every city being seen matters: outdoor displays at busy junctions, posters and standees in colleges, cafes and malls, stalls at tech parks in Hitech City and Gachibowli, and activity at weekend markets. We choose places by who passes through them and when. Promoters are briefed with a script and a goal, and we collect photos so the activity doubles as social content.
Partners, media and word of mouth
Partners multiply reach. Radio and digital media partners, college clubs, community groups, venues and brands each bring their own audience. We approach those that match the crowd and offer something in return, such as branding, tickets or a shared announcement. A press note and a few interviews help too, particularly for events with notable artists or causes.
Reporting what worked
Before the event we agree a simple dashboard: reach, clicks, enquiries and sales by source. After it, we share a short summary of what brought people in and what did not, so your next event starts with the lessons of this one.
What is included
- Promotion calendar from announcement to event day
- Social media content and paid promotion
- Poster, video and reel creatives
- Influencer and artist shout-outs where suitable
- Post-event highlights to build the audience for next time
Who it is for
Organisers who already have an event planned, or who want promotion and production handled together.
Questions
Can you promote an event you did not produce?
Yes. We can handle promotion on its own.
When should promotion start?
As early as possible. We will suggest a timeline based on your event date.
How is this different from social media for events?
Event promotion also covers paid, on-ground and partner promotion. Social media for events is only the social side.
