Celebrity booking for events
Find, approach and book artists and public figures for your event or launch.
Booking a personality involves more than a phone call: matching them to your audience, agreeing terms with their team, and coordinating travel, schedule and hospitality.
We handle that process so you get the right guest on the day without the back and forth.
How it works
- Share the event brief, audience and budget range
- Receive a shortlist of singers, anchors, actors or creators who fit
- We approach the artist's team and agree terms in writing
- Coordinate travel, hospitality, security and the run-of-show
Start with the audience, not the name
The right artist is the one your audience will turn up for. A top film star can be wrong for a college night, and a popular singer can be wrong for a corporate dinner. We begin with the questions that matter: who is coming, what language they enjoy, what they have paid for before, what the event needs the artist to do, and what you can spend.
From that we build a shortlist of singers, anchors, actors, DJs, comedians and creators, with a note on why each suits.
How booking works
We approach the artist's manager or team, not the artist directly. We share the event brief, date, venue, expected crowd, programme length and your budget range, and ask for availability and terms. Most artists quote based on the type of event, the city, the travel and the time commitment.
Once you choose, we agree the terms in writing: fee, payment schedule, performance length, travel, stay, technical needs and any on-stage or media commitments. We manage the follow-up so the artist's team has one point of contact for everything.
Rider, travel and hospitality
Every artist comes with requirements: sound and instruments, band size, dressing room, food, vehicles, rooms and security. We read the rider early and flag anything that affects your budget or venue. On the day we arrange arrivals, a green room, a person who stays with the artist and a clean path to the stage and out again.
Run of show and stage management
A booked artist is only half the job. The artist needs a clear time, a soundcheck, a sequence and a person who gives cues. We coordinate with the artist's team on introductions, songs or segments, photo moments and anything the sponsors have asked for. A stage manager keeps everything on time.
Telugu artists and our Hyderabad base
We are based in Hyderabad, the centre of Telugu cinema and music, where playback singers, music directors, anchors, actors and creators work. That makes arrangements simpler and often keeps costs manageable for events in the Telugu states and in cities with large Telugu audiences. Their calendars fill around releases, shoots and festivals, so we suggest asking early, ideally weeks or months ahead of your date, and keep a backup option in the shortlist.

Which kind of artist suits which event?
