LinkedIn page management

A professional company page that builds credibility with business customers, partners and talent.

For business-to-business companies, LinkedIn is often where a prospect checks you out before replying. A complete page with regular, useful posts shows that the company is active, credible and worth talking to.

We set up or refresh your company page and run it on a regular schedule, with content planned around what your buyers care about.

How it works

  1. Complete the page: banner, About text, services and website button
  2. Plan posts around company news, services and useful content for your buyers
  3. Publish on a regular schedule after your approval
  4. Review followers and impressions every month

Why a company page still matters on LinkedIn

When a buyer, partner, recruiter or journalist hears about your company, one of the first things they do is search for it on LinkedIn. A page with no banner, a one-line About section and no posts looks inactive, even if the business is busy. A complete page with regular posts tells them the company is real, current and worth a conversation.

LinkedIn also rewards patience. Posts from company pages are shown to followers, to employees' connections when they share, and to people searching for topics your page covers. A steady page builds that reach month after month.

What we set up first

We complete the page before we post anything: a banner that states what you do, a clear About text written for buyers rather than for search engines, the services list, the website button, and a tagline that makes sense to someone who has never heard of you. We also add your location and sector so the page shows up in the right searches.

Then we agree three or four content themes. For a service company these are usually company news and milestones, a plain explanation of each service, useful advice for your buyers, and stories from completed work.

What we post, and what we leave out

Good LinkedIn posts for a business are short and specific. A project completed, a lesson from it, a service explained in simple language, a seasonal tip for customers, a hiring notice, a clear before and after. We write them in the voice of the company, with a clean design or a real photo.

We leave out generic motivational quotes, recycled festival wishes with nothing to say, and anything that sounds like every other company. If a post would not make sense coming from you, it does not go out.

Reporting and growth

Each month you receive a short report: followers gained, impressions, clicks to your website, which posts were read most and which enquiries came through LinkedIn. We use those numbers to adjust the next month's themes. We can also write suggested posts for your leadership and team to share from their own profiles, which usually widens reach faster than the page can on its own.

Questions

Do posts go out under the company page?

Yes. Everything is published on the company page, and you stay in control of what is approved.

How often do you post?

We agree a schedule with you. A steady rhythm matters more than posting a lot.

Can you help with employee posts?

We can write suggested posts for your team to share, but the company page is our focus.
